Dr. G. Vijayaragavan (Director)

Dr. G. Vijayaragavan has a Doctorate in Economics and is a professional academician, practicing banker par excellence bringing with him over two decades of rich and varied experience in the fields of Finance and H.R. He has over 20 years of teaching experience, 27 years of industry exposure which includes 7 years in applied research. He conducted over 250 training modules as senior faculty in Punjab National Bank Training Centre and Regional Staff Colleges. He is a past consultant to the National Academy of Direct Taxes, training IRS probationers on Banking. He is on the in house panel of key professional bodies for academic excellence in his capacity as academic expert and advisor. At the instance of Government Of India, he successfully conducted an international training for Bank Of Mongolia. Dr. G. Vijayaragavan has authored 3 Books titled “High Performance Leadership” An introduction to Banking and Bank Credit meeting the requirements of Finance and HR professionals. He is also a certified Lead Auditor Of ISO System 9001:2000.
 

Ivan Arthur
Vice Chairman, was till a few years ago the National Creative Director of J. Walter Thompson. A many times award winner band a recipient of the CAG Hall of Fame, he has worked on and helped to build some of India’s best-known brands, like Air-India, Philips, Sunsilk, Lux, Welcomgroup of Hotels, Horlicks, Godrej, Hamdard and many others. He has designed and conducted workshops for the advertising industry and for global training programs of J. Walter Thompson. He was part of the international team that gave shape to the Thompson Total Branding Protocol. He has lectured at IIM Ahmedabad, S.P. Jain Institute, the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, to name a few, and he has addressed international advertising conferences in Cairo and the Philippines.

Vaishalli Nikalje
Completed her graduation in Science and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pune. She has been in the field of management education in Pune for over 8 years and taught subjects like Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, and General Management to postgraduate managements students.

Anand Kurian
Anand Kurian was awarded scholarships throughout an exceptional academic career; he graduated in law, topping moot courts in city, state and country. He trained with Griner, Cuesta & Schrom, New York, one of the largest advertising film companies in the world.
Since then, Kurian has produced commercials for every multinational major, from Coca Cola to Lays to P&G. He has written 'The Peddler of Soaps', a political novel that was on the India Today best-seller list. He is now working on a book, developing three original management concepts that he has conceived – Reality Plus, Artificial Obsolescence and the Afghanistan Syndrome. 

Cyrus Bharucha
Mr. Bharucha, an award winning and triple Emmy nominee producer/director, has been in the TV and motion picture industry for over 30 years on 3 continents. His career spans from a film cameraman and later producer at the BBC in London to executive producer for PBS, A&E, CNN and several other companies in the States to producing and directing international motion pictures and commercials in India. He was also the CEO of TV Asia the largest cable- satellite Asian TV channel in the USA.

Cyrus Bharucha has also been a lecturer on filmmaking, broadcast journalism and the history of the cinema in many institutions and colleges in the USA-including Ohio State, American University, The Smithsonian Institute, symphony halls and museums. He was also a film trainer at the BBC film and TV school in London.

M. Guruprasad
Has a Msc in Mathematical Economics and Bsc in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University. His experience and dedication to academics span over many years. He has been educating management students since last 12 years (Subjects: Economics, Research Methodology, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, Marketing Research, SPSS, Banking, Treasury and Forex management). He also worked as Research Executive in a well-known Marketing research Company, where he handled Projects Independently for a wide variety of products for leading Indian and MNC Corporations. Has published articles in various industry magazines, newspapers. Has rich experience in organizing academic discussion forums.

M. Prasada Rao
Mr. M. Prasada Rao holds Master of Business Administration (Finance), M.Com, (Banking & Insurance Mgmt.,) Master of Arts, Diploma in Port Development, & Management and presently pursuing his Ph.D in Business Management. He has 16 yrs of experience of Academic & General Administration at Higher Educational Institute and University level.
