AICAR offers various Management Development Programmes (MDP's) both general and industry specific.

The latter is customized and developed in close liaison with client organizations and made available either at AICAR or at clients location.

AICAR offers Industry-Specific Management Programmes to train and develop employees through customised course content. These programmes are developed in close liaison with the client organisations to satisfy their requirements.

These programmes will also be available at the client's location.

AICAR also offers Management Development Programmes ( MDPs ) for working executives for their all round development. These programmes are based on a mix of theory, case study, workshops, exercises, and games to enable active participation.
