Walter Saldanha (Chairman)
 |
Mr. Saldanha started his career in advertising from the level of secretary/Steno at J. Walter Thompson Company (JWT) in March 1951. In 1958, he left JWT to join Everest Advertising as senior accounts executive. In 1963, he joined Aiyars Advertising and Marketing as Senior Accounts Executive and was appointed as Managing Director on the Board a few months later following collaboration with London Press Exchange (LPE), at that time Europe’s largest agency. Later Chaitra Advertising Pvt. Ltd. founded by him was born on March 27, 1972. He founded AICAR Business School in the year 2002.

Former National Creative Director Hindustan Thompson Associates Ltd.
Many times award winner and a recipient of the CAG Hall of fame, he is a former National Creative Director of J. Walter Thompson,. He has designed and conducted Workshops for the advertising industry and for global training programs of J. Walter Thompson co., He has addressed international advertising conferences in Cairo and the Philippines and has lectured at many leading B-Schools. He has authored some books, notable amongst them being: 1) Pavement Prayers 2) Once More Upon a Time.

Radhakrishnan Menon

A post graduate in Human Resources management from the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Radhakrishnan B. Menon (Radha), went on to accumulate a wide range of experience and accomplishments in Human Resources Management with best-in-class global organizations.
In September 2007, Radha decided to found and lead LBW (Leadership in Business Worldwide) Consulting Private Ltd, a distinctive Leadership Development consulting organization. The prime motivation was to share his experiences and contribute to the India growth story.
Prior to, he was the Executive Director – Human Resources for Cadbury, Indian Subcontinent. He continues to serve the Board of Cadbury as a non-executive Director.
Presently, Radha consults for diverse, progressive and reputed organizations across India in organization development and leadership capability building. He Coaches CEOs and senior management leaders.
Sharing experiences, creative thinking, writing and sports, especially cricket, are his passions. Radha writes columns on contemporary management and leadership practices.

Subodh Sapra

Former President, Polyester Sector Reliance Industries Limited.
An Industry doyen, Mr. Subodh Sapra has had a long and fruitful 26-year association with ICI beginning with its polyester division, later moved to their petrochemicals Division in UK. He then returned to India as the company’s Executive Director. He can be called the pioneer of the polyester industry of India, as he was instrumental in setting up India’s first plant manufacturing polyester, way back in 1965. In 1985, Mr. Sapra joined Reliance Industries Limited and currently he is the president of the Polyester Sector responsible for formulating the overall strategy and management of the POY, PSF, PTY, PET and Polyester Fiberfill businesses of Reliance Industries.
