Doctorate in Life Insurance fundamentals and alumni of the National Insurance Academy. Has about three decades of experience with LIC and Academia. He has authored a comprehensive and perhaps the only book on “ Managing Life Insurance”.

Graduate in Agricultural Sciences; Post Graduate in Management from IRMA; and Doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University. Worked with industry between 1982-1996, with stints in Development Sector and Corporate Sector, handling operational and strategic assignments at grass-root level, national and international level, handling MIS, Advocacy, Institutional Development and rural, national, and international marketing domain areas.
Shifted to academics in 1996, functioned as Associate Professor at Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore; XIM, Bhubaneswar; and as Head-Education, CII Institute of Logistics, Chennai. Subsequently moved to Vietnam as Director, Pioneer School of Management, Vietnam where he worked during 2006-2008. His last assignment before joining AICAR was of Dean (Academics), KIIT School of Rural Management, Bhubaneswar, during 2008-2010.
During his career, published five books, two chapters in text books, around 30 papers, and presented papers in several national and international conferences. Was into research and consultancy and executive training extensively and some of the notable executive training programs designed and conducted were in the areas of MIS, CRM, Time Management, SCM and Logistics, Risk Management in Logistics, Sustainability and Environment, Effective Communication Strategies and Systems Thinking, Disaster Risk Management etc. His recent research & consultancy assignments include prefeasibility study on international marketing of rubber-wood for a public sector organization; Subject Matter Specialist for developing a filed assessment study on NREGA for a corporate CSR client.

She has long years of teaching, research, consultancy and administrative experience. Her articles have been published in several professional journals and she has left her mark at various presentations at international/ national conferences/seminars.  She has received numerous Honors, including the prestigious “The Best Teacher Award” from Bombay Management Association (BMA), “Certificate of Appreciation” from University of Mumbai for valuable, dedicated and sincere services amongst the teachers of the University.

Before taking up the assignment of Director (Academics)/ Advisor at AICAR Business School, she has served as Director, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Mumbai, Dean (Consultancy & MDP) at NMIMS-Deemed University and Adjunct Professor in Statistics at US Universities.

Doctorate in Economics. Has submitted a thesis on ‘ Dynamics of Petroleum Marketing in India’ for D.Litt degree. Has over 35 years of experience in Industry, Academia and Marketing, covering retail consumer, agency, LPG, Public Relations, Management Services and Human Resources. He is the founding member and first Secretary of Indian National Suggestions Scheme Association (INSSAN).

Doctorate in Human Resources Management from XLRI- Jamshedpur and Academy of HRD- Ahemdabad. Alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University-Delhi. Has over 23 years of experience in Industry, Academics, Marketing and Human Resources. Previous assignment Includes :-
a)Branch Manager, The New India Assurance Company Limited DAB Santacruz, Mumbai.
b)Head HR & Administration, Kaycee Group of Investment companies – Mumbai.
c)Former Director - Institute of Business Studies & Research, Mumbai.

Former CEO of TV Asia has been associated with TV and motion picture industry for over three decades across three continents. His experience spans from cameraman and producer at BBC London to executive producer for PBS, A & E, CNN to producing and directing motion pictures and commercials in India and overseas.

Has a Post Graduate in Law. Is the author of a novel “ The Peddler of Soaps”, that was on India Today’s best seller list. Trained in film production at Griner, Cuesta & Schrom, New York. Anand Produces commercials for several multinationals; Coca Cola, Lays, P & G and Unilever, through his company.

Post Graduate in Mathematical Economics has more than 12 years of experience in research and educating/training management students. He has published articles in various industry magazines, newspapers and has initiated many discussions on academics.

He is a Management graduate with four years of industry experience and more than eleven years of management training and consultancy. Has worked as Head of the Department in an accredited Management School for seven years. Was Principal Investigator of an AICTE sponsored research project , done under the guidance of IIM Lucknow. Was nominated for National Award by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. A visiting faculty at IIM and University of Lucknow, his areas of expertise are ‘Market Research’ and ‘Brand Management’.

A seasoned communications professional, an NLP Practitioner and Executive Coach with a post graduate degree in Behavioral Sciences and over 29 years of experience and diligence in the field of media and advertising.

Parthasarathi has over 21 years of Banking experience ranging from Evaluation, sanction & review of credit needs to Handling of stressed accounts, BIFR, One Time Settlement Cases. He also has as strong exposure in Management Consulting and Corporate structuring having worked with a leading Management Consulting House.
He is Cost Accountant and an MBA in Finance. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He had worked with Canara Bank for 21+ years and for 3+ years as Faculty at their Staff Training College at Mumbai.

Mr. C Bose has Master Degree in Engineering with Distinction. He is also the Fellow of Institute of Engineers. He has the Credit of 4 Years Basic and applied research experience and having Publish Many papers.
He has also 28 Years Industries Corporate experience and out of which he was in Top Management Cadre for 15 Years with largest Private Sector Company of Asia, heading Greenfield projects, administration and manufacturing activities both in India and Europe

Yashodhara Katkar, a "Damani Puraskar” winner has published six books in the areas of Career Guidance, Travel & Tourism, and Fiction. She has a rich experience of about 20 years in teaching, administration and PR at renowned colleges and institutes under University of Mumbai, and the corporate world. Yashodhara is a postgraduate in Literature from University of Mumbai.

Did his PGDBA (Insurance & finance Services Management) from AICAR Business School. He has 2 years of Experience in Insurance & Financial Services Industry, and has a good corporate exposure.
