AICAR Projects

IInd year students are working on a project titled 'Anchors Of Business' lead by Dr. Kutty.

The students have been divided into multiple groups of approximately eight to ten students.

Each group has chosen a business model. They are studying the business model carefully from all aspects. Then they will document and analyze the business model.

In the process of analysis, they will try and uncover various business processes that are working ihnefficiently and document solutions.

Ist year students are working on a project titled 'Build Your Own Business' lead by Dr. Kutty.

The students have been divided into multiple groups of approximately eight to ten students.

Each group has chosen a business model. They will flesh out their business model by creating a detailed business plan.

The business plan should be good enough to actually build the business model if required.

Each group will make a presentation of their study to a panel of professonals lead by Dr. Kutty.

Facilties

	The Asian Institute of Communication And Research (AICAR) has been designed by the world famous architect Mr. Phiroze Kudianvala. What you dont see in this picture are 33 acres of landscaped, green, wide-open spaces, that liberates young minds and bodies brought up in the concrete jungle of cities. Their commune with nature at AICAR changes their perspectives in ways that only nature can.
	Classrooms are large, well designed acoustically and air-conditioned. They are permanently equipped with a projector and sound system. All faculty are provided wireless collar mics if they require it.
	A 4000 sq. ft. air-conditioned library with the latest copies (and multiple) Business magazines, Journals, Management Books and tons of other interesting reference stuff that tomorrow's managers require and there's plenty of well laid out space for reading in peace and quiet.
	To craft the tech savvy business professionals of tomorrow, AICAR has a state-of-art Wi-Fi Campus and air-conditioned computer laboratory 24 hour Internet access. The students can use their laptops anywhere within the college campus, including their Hostel rooms which are all WiFi enabled The AICAR campus has a fully automated diesel generator backup system for fail-safe continuous power supply.
	AICAR's 200-bed modern hostel, has separate residences for male and female students. 24 fully air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms, for single occupancy for executives attending MDPs is available on campus as well.
	AICAR has a huge well laid out, multi cusine cafeteria that caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and a top-of-the line modern kitchen.
	The AICAR Campus provides both indoor / outdoor games facilities along with a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The Hills of Matheran, that surround AICAR provide natural hiking tracks for the more adventurous.

Healthcare: The Campus provides very dependable health care services. AICAR has tied up with the Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital at Patalganga for all its medical requirements. Transportation: Neral Station is only 1.5 kms away from AICAR. There is constant and adequate public transportation available and AICAR provides a campus bus service at regular intervals to and from its campus and Neral station.
